43) Veena and Veeru both start from a point towards North. Veena turns to left after walking 10km. Veeru turns to right after walking the same distance. Veena waits for sometime and then walks another 5km, whereas veeru walks only 3km. They both then return towards south and walk 15km forward. How far is Veena from Veeru?

      A) 12km                                     B) 10km
      C) 8km                                       D) 15km

      Answer: 8km
      Logic: Veena and Veeru started from same point and walks for 10km - Veena takes left and walks for 5km and Veeru takes right and walks for 3km - they both turns towards south and walks for 15km.

                               Distance between Veena and Veeru = 5km + 3km = 8km

44) Find the missing number?
       2,5,10,17,26,? 
   
           A) 36                                       B) 49
           C) 37                                       D) 47

          Answer : 37
          Logic : Add the odd numbers to the series
                       1 + 1 = 2
                       2 + 3 = 5
                       5 + 5 = 10
                     10 + 7 = 17
                     17 + 9 = 26
                     26 + 11 = 37  is the answer

        Logic : Ravi walks towards east and turns 45 degree left and then 90 degree right.

       Logic : Rearrange the jumbled letters and choose the one which is not an animal.

  48) Arrange the following words as per order in the Dictionary.
          (1) Hale (2) Hake (3) Halt (4) Hamlet (5) Ham

            A) 1,3,5,2,4                          B) 2,1,3,5,4
            C) 2,1,4,3,5                          D) 2,3,5,4,1
       
           Answer : B
           Logic : Just arrange the order as per dictionary
                       Hake, Hale, Halt, Ham, Hamlet. So Answer is 2,1,3,5,4.

 49) If '+' means 'x','' means '÷','x' means '' and '÷' means '+' then what will be the value of
      16÷64-8x4+2?
     
           A) 12                                  B) 24
           C) 16                                  D) 18

              Answer : C
              Logic : When apply the given condition in the equation 16÷64-8x4+2, it becomes
                         => 16+64 ÷ 8-4x2
                         = 16+(64 ÷ 8) - (4x2)[First we should consider the "÷" &"x" for manipulation] 
                              = 16+8-8 = 16 is the answer
                          
 50) From the given alternate words, select the word which cannot be formed using the letters of the given word. 
                    "BOOKBINDING"
         A) BONDING                   B) DOING

        Answer : C

        Logic:   We have to form the words with the given letter.
                 BONDING, DOING & DINING can be made by the word "BOOKBINDING"
                 DIGGING has 3 "G" in it where as "BOOKBINDING" has only one "G".
