      Fetch:   Computer fetches the program instructions from the memory when a task is been assigned.
      Decode: The Encoded instruction fetched from the memory, will be interpreted by the decoder  during this cycle.
      Execute: The control unit of CPU sends the decoded instructions to the relevant functional units  to perform the action.
