          Bit – All data stored in the computer memory in the form of Binary digits or bits.
         Eiether 1 or 0.
          Byte – Byte is a collection of 8 bits. One byte can be represented as a character.
          Field – Collection of Characters. For Example, Field may refer a person name.
          Record – Record may include a person name, his address etc.
          File – Collection of records(File may include the information of set of people).
          Database –  Files are integrated to a single database.
